Shipping Fee Negotiations
Shipping fees cannot be negotiated or waived due to personal circumstances or requests. We pay Canada Post for shipping boxes and are unable to meet requests for free or discounted shipping.
Shipping Times
Allow 3-7 days for processing. Our average time to fill and ship is currently lower, but please plan accordingly as we cannot guarantee fulfillment beyond this.
Order Rush
Should you need an order rushed please note you will be charged for expedited shipping along with a 5% surcharge.
Incorrect Addresses and Undelivered Mail
Costs for shipping and pickup due to address errors/incorrect addresses on the purchaser’s end will be charged for reshipment and product replacement in full.
Costs for undelivered mail will include a pick-up fee charged to us when the mail is returned undeliverable. Please note that we can re-ship the same product at no cost but postage for the original item, the pickup fee and shipment of the new package will be at the purchaser’s expense.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee an address change by email, so please double check the address on your order prior to placing it.
Warehouse Pickup Fee
A 5% service fee (up to $10) applies to in-person pickups from our warehouse. We reserve the right to not offer warehouse pickup services at any time.
Shipping Insurance and Claims
We offer a 30-day insurance program through Canada Post. Report lost or stolen packages within this period to initiate a claim.
- Damaged or Missing Items: Report missing or damaged items to support@yamunacanada.com within five days of receipt.
- Post-Shipping Loss or Theft: If your package is lost or stolen post-shipping, we will file a claim with Canada Post. The process takes 7-30 days. Refunds are issued once resolved and we are unable to control the timeline or pay out a claim prior to resolution.
