1. Eligibility Requirements
- Business Verification: Retailers must provide proof of a valid business license and a resale certificate.
- Retail Environment: Retailers must have a physical store or a professional online platform related to health, wellness, fitness, or similar industries.
- Initial Order: Retailers must meet a minimum initial order value to join the program.
2. Sales Minimums
- Initial Order: The minimum initial order value is $500 and a minimum of 7 units per item.
- Annual Sales Minimum: Retailers must purchase at least $2,500 worth of products annually to maintain their wholesale account and a minimum of 7 units per item.
- Reorder Minimum: Subsequent orders should meet a minimum value of $250 per order.
3. Pricing and Discounts
- Wholesale Discount: Retailers will receive a 40% discount off the MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price).
4. Ordering Process

- Payment Terms: Payment must be made in advance for each order.
5. Shipping and Handling
- Shipping Costs: Retailers are responsible for shipping costs.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery is 7-10 business days after order confirmation.
- Returns and Damages: Damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receipt for replacement or credit.
6. Marketing Support
- Product Training: Retailers will have access to training materials and resources to educate staff about Yamuna Body Rolling products and techniques.
7. Account Management
- Dedicated Support: Retailers will have a dedicated account manager for order assistance, product advice, and marketing support.
- Performance Review: Accounts will be reviewed annually to ensure compliance with the sales minimums and overall program terms.
8. Termination
- Non-Compliance: Failure to meet the annual sales minimums or non-compliance with the program terms may result in the termination of the wholesale account.
