Order Review
Review your order before placing to ensure accuracy. We cannot retroactively honor kit pricing or substitute items. Should you choose to return your item and re-purchase it, please review the policies below.

Price adjustments
We do not offer retroactive price adjustments for kits, individual products or products purchased in error.
Price matching from another country
Yamuna Body Rolling is a global entity.
To avoid delays in receiving your product or duty/import tariff, please ensure that you are purchasing from the global distributor most applicable to the country of your residence.
The Canadian, US, and global divisions operate independently. There may be pricing or promotion differences or discrepancies due to different import tax, duties, exchange rates, customs regulations, national/federal holidays, etc.
We are unfortunately unable to provide price matching or honor promotions from the US or other global entities.
Please also be advised that we are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, tariffs or other fees for shipments sent outside of Canada. Nor are we able to assure delivery timelines on parcels sent outside of Canada.
Price/shipping matching from Amazon
Yamuna Body Rolling has no distributors authorized to sell on Amazon.ca. We do not price match with Amazon.ca as the products listed are not from a verified distributor.
We are unable to guarantee authenticity of product sold on Amazon, and are therefore unable to honor returns or provide a warranty for any of these products.
For returns on products purchased on Amazon, please contact the seller.
Promotions
Any promotions are listed on our website, social media, or via email. No other promotions are available unless you are a certified practitioner.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or claim for defects or warranty repair or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be shipped to the address below. Please review all terms and conditions including noting the restocking fee.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yamunacanada.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted. You can contact us at support@yamunacanada.com for return-related questions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
In cases of Canada Post error: we will open a claim on your behalf. We will not refund or replace the item until the claim process has been **completed**. We are unable to manage the timelines of this process by Canada Post and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
In cases of manufacturing error: we will open a warranty claim on your behalf. We will not refund or replace the item until the claim process has been **completed**. Should you wish to return the product in the meantime, please see policies related to shipping and restocking fees.
We are unable to consider requests outside the timelines or processes noted.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have specific questions or concerns about your item, please contact us. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the claim process above in the case of a post office and/or manufacturing error.
Please note that we are unable to accept exchanges that have not been pre-approved through this process.
Please return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that exchanges related to factory error must be approved by the factory in order to qualify for an exchange. This may require photographs or actions requested by the factory in order to meet the conditions for approval. Please allow a reasonable timeline to conduct this approval process.
In cases of requests to destroy the product, we will require photos of the destroyed product prior to shipping new product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return approval, please contact us at support@yamunacanada.com.
- 30-Day Guarantee: Products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days.
- Return Conditions: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Includes gift cards and downloadable software. A receipt or proof of purchase for all other items is required.
- Partial Refunds: Granted for items with signs of use or missing parts.
- Delayed Refunds: If not received, check with your bank and credit card company, then contact us if unresolved.
- Sale Items: Non-refundable.
Exchanges and Gifts
Exchanges are allowed for defective items. Please see policies above.
For gift returns, a gift credit is issued.
Refunds go to the gift giver if not marked as a gift.
Shipping
- Return Shipping: Mail returns to 908 17 Ave SW Suite 210, Calgary AB T2T 0A3, Canada. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Insurance
- Package Insurance: Packages are insured for $100. Additional insurance is available.

- Ordering: Orders can be placed at yamunacanada.com or by email. We do not accept orders by telephone.
- Payment: Must be paid by credit card or e-transfer. Cash transactions are not accepted.

As part of my ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and enhancing the value I provide, I’m implementing some important updates to our studio policies and introducing a new pricing plan, effective September 1, 2024.
Overview of Changes
Updated Studio Policies

Booking Finalization: All bookings must be finalized the week prior by Friday at 5 p.m. I will do my best to accommodate changes after this time, but to ensure your booking, please adhere to this deadline.

Cancellation Policy: To ensure fairness and efficiency, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to make a change, please inform us as early as possible to avoid being charged for the session.

Payment: Payment is due before or on the day of service. We now offer packages that provide greater value for your sessions. While I do not offer accounts receivable, I am open to discussing a payment plan if needed. Please note that payments made by credit card will incur an additional 4% fee.

Liability Waivers: New liability waivers will be sent out in September. These are mandatory for our insurance and must be completed annually by all clients.

Studio Hours: Please note that the studio is not open on holidays. If your weekly recurring appointment falls on a holiday or statutory holiday, please reference the booking deadline to reschedule your session.

Safety and Privacy: For your safety and privacy, the studio door will be locked. Please feel free to knock when you arrive.
Individual Session
- Hourly Rate: $175 per hour

- Payment: Full payment is required before the first session of the package.
- Credit Card Fee: An additional 4% fee applies to credit card payments.
- Package Expiration: Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
