Yin will help your tissues and nervous system be more balanced, hydrated, open and functional. Stressors, aches and pains tend to be less persistent and sleep may improve. You may have increased awareness of calm and peace. Progressive series for all levels, no experience required.

Janis Isaman is a movement educator, and owner of My Body Couture. Janis’s approach to yin is focused exploring the sensations of the target area rather than achieving a specific appearance. She has certified with both Paul Grilley and Bernie Clark.
